America's Health Agents ("AHA," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent insurance agency and Field Marketing Organization (FMO) based in Stuart, Florida, licensed to do business in all 50 states. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website at ahainsure.com (the "Site"), interact with our online advertisements, or otherwise communicate with us. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and information we receive from third-party advertising platforms. This includes:

Information you provide to us:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Mailing or physical address, ZIP code, or state of residence
• Date of birth, age range, or other eligibility information relevant to insurance products you inquire about
• Information you submit through contact forms, quote request forms, live chat, or by calling or emailing us directly

Information collected automatically:

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages viewed, time spent on the Site, referring URLs, and clickstream data

Information received from Facebook/Meta Lead Ads:

When you submit a lead form through one of our Facebook or Instagram advertisements, Meta transmits the information you provided in that form (typically name, phone number, email address, and any other fields included in the ad) directly to America's Health Agents. See Section 5 below for more detail on this process.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To contact you about insurance coverage. We use your contact information to reach out by phone, text message, or email to discuss health, Medicare, life, or supplemental insurance products and to provide quotes.
• To connect you with a licensed agent. We may route your information to a licensed insurance agent affiliated with America's Health Agents who is appropriately licensed and appointed to assist you in your state.
• For internal analytics and Site improvement. We analyze aggregated, de-identified usage data to understand how visitors interact with our Site and to improve content, navigation, and advertising performance.
• For compliance, recordkeeping, and quality assurance. We retain records of consent, communications, and enrollment activity as required by state insurance regulations, carrier requirements, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), where applicable.
• To prevent fraud and protect our legal rights. We may use information to detect and prevent fraudulent submissions, secure our Site, and comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own unrelated marketing purposes. We do share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Licensed insurance carriers. To obtain quotes, submit applications, or service a policy, we share relevant information with the licensed insurance carriers you are shopping with or enrolled through.
• Licensed agents within our agency network. Your information may be shared with other appropriately licensed agents affiliated with or downlined under America's Health Agents for purposes of following up on your inquiry and providing quoting or enrollment assistance.
• Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, telephony and texting providers, email service providers, hosting providers, and analytics providers. These vendors are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.
• Legal and regulatory disclosures. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of America's Health Agents, our agents, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers. If America's Health Agents is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing of unrelated products or services.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our advertising and content. Specifically, we use:

• Google Analytics — to measure Site traffic, page views, and user behavior in aggregate, anonymized form.
• Facebook Pixel (Meta Pixel) — to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns and to build audiences for future advertising based on Site activity.

5. Facebook & Meta Lead Ads Disclosure

America's Health Agents runs paid lead generation advertisements on Facebook and Instagram (collectively, "Meta platforms") using Meta's Lead Ads format. When you complete a Lead Ads form on a Meta platform in response to one of our advertisements, the information you submit — typically your name, phone number, email address, and any additional fields included in that specific ad — is transmitted by Meta directly to America's Health Agents or our designated marketing/CRM partner.

We use this information the same way we use information submitted directly through our Site: to contact you by phone, text, or email about the insurance products advertised, to provide quotes, and to connect you with a licensed agent. Your submission of a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads form constitutes your consent to be contacted as described in the TCPA Consent Disclosure in Section 6 below.

Meta's own collection and use of your information on its platforms is governed by Meta's Data Policy, available at facebook.com/policy.php, and is not controlled by America's Health Agents.

6. TCPA Consent Disclosure

By submitting any form on this Site, calling the phone number listed on this Site, or submitting a lead form through any of our advertising — including Facebook and Instagram (Meta) Lead Ads — you expressly consent to be contacted by America's Health Agents and its licensed agents at the phone number and email address you provided, using any method including live calls, automated or prerecorded calls, and text messages (SMS/MMS), for purposes of discussing insurance products, providing quotes, and servicing your inquiry.

This consent applies even if the phone number you provided is listed on a state or the federal Do Not Call registry. You understand that consent to be contacted is not required as a condition of purchasing any insurance product from us or any affiliated carrier, and that message and data rates may apply to text communications. You may revoke consent at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message, telling a representative on a call that you wish to stop receiving communications, or contacting us using the information in Section 11 below.

7. Email Communications & CAN-SPAM Compliance

Any commercial email we send complies with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Our marketing emails will:

• Clearly identify America's Health Agents as the sender
• Use accurate, non-deceptive subject lines
• Include our physical business address
• Provide a clear and conspicuous way to opt out of future emails

You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing admin@ahainsure.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. We will process opt-out requests promptly and in accordance with applicable law. Please note that you may continue to receive transactional or service-related emails (such as messages about an active policy or application) even after opting out of marketing emails.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
